Welcome Center Luncheon 06-11-09
	Members of the Deepwater Fire Department were invited to a luncheon to see the new plans for a Travel/Welcome Center being built behind the McDonalds in Pennsville Township. Members looked over artist renderings of a possible IMAX Theater. The Super 8 Superman was also on hand to show support for the new Super 8 Motel going in on the same site. Click for photos.

Memorial Day 2009 Activities 05-25-09

On 05-25-09 the Deepwater Fire Department took part in several Memorial Day Ceremonies in the area. Members dressed in their Class "A" uniforms attended ceremonies at DuPont Chambers Works, The Deepwater Methodist Church, the Memorial Park in Carneys Point, the Old High School in Pennsgrove, and then the River Walk in Pennsgrove. The Deepwater Fire Department is proud to support our men and women past, present and future who proudly serve this country. Click for photos.

High School Pre-School Program Demonstration 05-12-09
	On 05-12-09 the Deepwater Fire Department took Rescue 7-9 to the Red Brick Building to give a demonstration to the High School Child Care Program Pre-School Class. The firefighters showed the kids a firefighter dressed in full gear, went over the fire truck and talked about fire safety. Click for photos.
